Our Training Mission

To train and prepare young boys for commissioning into the armed forces through the National Defence Academy (NDA), CDS (Combined Defence Services)/ OTA (Officers Training Academy) Exam or equivalent training academies, fostering excellence in every aspect of their development.

Academics

• Rigorous academic coaching to strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities.
• Focused preparation for entrance exams such as NDA, CDS, OTA, CAPF, and CPIO.

Outdoor Training (ODT)

• Training designed to build physical endurance, stamina, and agility.
• Activities include
• Obstacle courses.
• Route marches and trekking.
• Weapon training and field craft.
• Map reading and navigation exercises.
• Emphasis on teamwork, coordination, and leadership in outdoor environments.

Soft Skills and Leadership Development

• Structured modules to develop Officer-Like Qualities (OLQ), which include
• Effective communication skills.
• Time management and decision-making.
• Confidence building and teamwork.
• Special focus on leadership techniques required for commanding and inspiring troops in real-world scenarios.

Preparation for Written Examinations

• Expert-led coaching for:
• CDS (Combined Defence Services)/ OTA (Officers Training Academy) Exam: English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics.
• Other exams: CAPF (Assistant Commandant), and CPIO (Central Police Organizations). Customized strategies, shortcuts, and mock tests to help cadets master competitive exams.

Preparation for the Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview

• Comprehensive SSB Interview training, covering
• Psychological Tests: TAT, WAT, SRT, and SD.
• Group Tasks: Leadership exercises, group planning, and physical coordination activities.
• Personal Interview Preparation: Enhancing presentation, confidence, and self-awareness.
• Special sessions on handling stress and improving interpersonal skills.
